Personally, I think this is the skin closer to FM 2007 style, and this gives it an old school feel that usually works good for the most of us.
Flex is a skin for FM 2008 based on flexion from FM 2007. The skin is created by SmurfDude and we got his permission to post it here.

Both left and right panel version are included.
This is version 1.2 and probably the final one.
Important note:
If using a previous version of Flex then delete the entire folder and any other files associated with it. This includes any color files in the update-801/data folder.
How to use it:
Extract the contents of the zip file directly to your skins folder (My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/skins/) This includes config.xml. Flex_Right isn't needed unless you want the menu on the right hand side. All main files are located in the Flex folder, and are needed if you want to use the right side version.
Go in to preferences in-game and make sure 'use skin cache' is UNTICKED. Also make sure that 'always reload skin on confirm' is TICKED. Then press confirm and the skin will be loaded. You may then tick 'use skin cache' again, if you wish.
I encounter a problem, what can I do?
If you have any problems then you can ask on the official SI forums on this thread.
