If you already have Cut-Out Faces Megapack v3.0 for FM2011, you'll probably want to download and apply only the updates you're missing in order to complete Cut-Out Faces Megapack v4.0 for FM2012.

How to install:

Step 1
Extract all downloaded parts individually to the same temporary folder.
In order to extract you will need either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac.

If you downloaded the parts instead of the torrent:
Start with the Base Pack and then continue with the updates. You will be asked to overwrite some files, click Yes every time until you're done with all updates.

Step 2
Cut and paste the folder "sortitoutsi" to:
Win Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\
Win 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\
Win 98/ME: C:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/graphics/

Create folder "graphics" if it doesn't exist already.

Step 3
Run Football Manager 2012 and go to: Preferences > Display and Sound
Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called 'Always Reload Skin on Confirm' and un-tick then box saying 'Use Skin Cache'. Hit Confirm.
There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.
