4-4-2 OR-4-2-4
This tactic has brought me great success with my beloved SAFC.
It is a counter tactic so should be good for smaller teams but defence is important.
GK- 1on1s important as is handling and distribution is set to short.
FB - Crossing Stamina Passing Work Rate
RCB- Heading Jumping Tackling Agression
LCB- Pace Heading Passing Positioning
RMC- Playmaker. Not set completely but makes most of the chances. Passing Creativity Decisions Long Shots
LMC- Ball Winner. Tackling Stamina Passing Composure.
AMR- Crossing Passing Finishing Still to find a star for this position
AML- Dribbling Flair Creativity Finishing Passing. The match winner
STR- The poaching machine. Finishing Pace Composure Off the Ball
STL- The Target Man STrength Finishing Passing Creativity
I have found success with all the tactics listed. V4 seems to be a complete tactic however feel free to try them all. There is little difference to all 3 tactics so just use your managing skills to decide.
I am going to start a new game with an average side and post results

Team Talks are important this year and sure you can work it out however no pressure seems to work well.
Any questions just ask.
Ok some new updates...using Doncaster and getting a few loans and a wage bugdet of 90k !!!!
Use V4 til in front switch to V2 and you should win well or hang on depending on opp...sometimes you just get beat miss chances thats football but going well with a half decent Donny side

@Grix:1. You inputed both the images and the tactic files into a single field, the download link one.
2. Once a member tries to edit his page, it automatically becomes unvalidated until a moderator can check what the changes are about.
3. I edited the page to place the pictures on-article and place the download links properly.
There's no tutorial on how to do certain things when submitting a new page on this site, so I understand you're thinking it's useless when it's not. I haven't had the time to write a proper contributor's guide yet, but it's on my task list for the near future.

Where's the actual .tac file for people to download though? Also a screenshot would make it slightly more appealing. Perhaps some statistics from your season too, while using this tactic.Login to Comment
