Italy six tiers and enables Reserves-U20 league

I want to share with you are...
This database enables the reserves league in italy and and adds two levels below the existing competitions of Italian leagues.
This database has been tested for three years on my game the result no found errors or crash
This database unchanged of default Cup Competitions on the game (Super Cup, Coppa and each others)

Italy 2.1.1 Changelist:
- Lega Pro Seconda Divisione and above no change an existing rules.
- Fixed Squad Numbers for Senior Squad in Serie B and Serie A (same with an original database)
- U20 League and Cup enables for all teams from Italian Eccellenza and above, divisible into twenty-three groups, no promotion and relegation.

Old Version Changelist:
Serie A no change of rules

Serie B no squad registration and and unchanged rest of others rules

Lega Pro Prima Divisione no change of the rules

Lega Pro Seconda Divisione no change of the rules

Serie D : all teams divisible into nine child competitions, top teams becomes champions on each groups

Serie D Promotion rule: Top two teams qualify for promotion playoff, all qualified teams divisible into three groups, top three teams promoted into Lega Pro Prima

Serie D Relegation rule: Bottom three teams are relegated, Teams placed 16th and 17th qualify for relegation playoff divisible into four groups

bottom teams (4 teams) qualify for relegation playout into semi final and final stages, losing team in final stage relegated into Eccellenza league.

Lega Eccellenza: all teams divisible into twenty-eight child competitions. Top teams become champions of the each groups and wins promotions to Serie D. Bottom three teams of the each group relegated to lower division (inactive)

Reserve League enable for all teams from Serie D and above, divisible into twelve groups. no promotion and relegation.

U20 League and Cup enable for all teams from Italian Eccellenza and above, divisible into twenty-seven groups. no promotion and relegation.

Add friendly match (preseason competitions) Trofeo Luigi Berlusconi and Trofeo TIM Cup, participating teams Juventus, AC Milan and Internazionale Milan
