Dunno about the AI in this but consistency seems to always be the key constant adjustment wont help try and get it right in the first 5-10 games and stick with it! On FM08 i have done 11 season with inter with the same formation and they are unstoppable i dont know if it will work that well in FM09 as i have had a similar problem, last 6 games of the season could barely get a goal i went from 2 points behind Juve in 2nd place (this is with AC btw) then flopped and finished 5th and i am not happy! Now just started the 2nd season and they are looking a bit ropey and my team has lost all harmony!?
