It doesn't always work this way however, I had Van bommel at my Kaiserlauten team for years and when he retired I done all the right things to get him to become a coach once he had made the decsion to do so but he didn't want to have a role in my club at any level. I think its just down to what the player wants to do, sometimes they want to be a manager themselves :dozingoff
