Giorgos : I agree with all of the above but, SI must fix a bug in the next FM, how can someone explain me how a team like Barcelona tries to get a coach who is free in the game and this coach who has lower reputation than Barcelona won't accept the offer?
And I am not talking about rival team coaches but about free coaches who are irrelevant with the Primera division for example!
It doesn't make any sense to me!
This has to do with physios, scouts, ass managers!
they will probably fix it in the next patch. when i managed man utd, i never got no for an answer from a free agent coach/doctor/scout/player.
