I think one thing that your coaching staff lacks is the "determination" attribute, apart from one of your coaches who has 19 determination the rest are considerably low. Determination plays a part in the effectiveness of coaches, so I would take that into consideration if I was you.
The same with "motivation" as well. The majority of your staff does have low motivation and determination ratings, I usually start looking at the three key mental attributes for coach before looking at the coaching attributes:
Motivation
Level of Discipline
Determination
