Still no response from Eugene - guess there won't be one with FM11 now on the horizon - bit of an irritation though.
I've now deleted and re-downloaded, reinstalled and re-everything I can think of: FM10, java, flash, Genie - the whole 9 yards.
I can now see 'real names' of players but their positions and clubs are all wrong - eg Lionel Messi, DC, Basingstoke Town...
Bizarre - I;m sure there's a simple fix but i can't locate anything that works on this forum or on any of the others...
