also i see your still using XP lol. and i suspect its the 32bit version? your probably better of with win 7 64bit version to get a bit more out of the pc and applications.
first updated your graphic card drivers to latest?

to check tempratures. i doubt its the cpu though.
but i want you to "stress test" your gpu, do you play any other games that can be graphically demanding? to see if other things crash on the gpu.
also to check the temps when on FM and playing match.
if the temperatures are good, then i suppose your looking at certain driver faults? could be directx or netframework being a hassle.
