This is a attacking tactic with lots of freedom given to the players. A tactic for mad men of course. but also use this if you have a strong team and your at home. away and vs good teams it won't work that good.

I think it is similar with Manuel Pellegrini's tactic in Real ...the only difference is in midfield role ... where the two are both defensive midfielder ...
