What is this?
Ever wanted to see those handy hidden attributes of players ingame? Without needing any kind of third party scout utility or data editor? Well, it's now possible!
It comes as a team squad / player search view option. You can either see hidden attributes as 2 ready to use views (in views drop down menu) on squad and player screens (including shortlist of course), or as customized view of the columns.
Important note:
There's only an English version of this mod. So, if you try to install it on your, let's say Portuguese FM, it will still work, but it will be in English.

How to use:
* Go to this folder: "My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010"
* Create the folders "panels" and "sections"
* Extract the files from the downloaded .zip archive and put them here:
- person properties.xml to "sections" folder you created
- team squad.xml to "panels" folder you created
* Open FM, and go into the "Preferences" -> "Display and Sound" menu and un-tick ‘Use Skin Cache’ and tick ‘Always Reload Skin On Confirm’ then hit Confirm.
Team Squad -> Views -> Hidden Attributes (1 or 2)
OR
Team Squad / Player Search -> Views -> Custom -> Customize Current View... -> Add/Remove Columns

I guess it should work on Mac. The folder already has the original files, yes. Make a backup of them before copying the ones from here (you could just rename them).
Then start FM 2010, go to Preferences > Display & Sound > untick 'use skin cache' and tick 'always reload on confirm'... then hit Confirm. Should work now.
By the way, thanks for reminding me I should add this installation information to the page.

Getting nothing means you don't see the two new options for Hidden Attributes in Views menu?

i followed ur intrustions to the word
renamed orginal files to ur example
downloaded files and copyed them to the file
(could not extract them directly, but to a other folder then pasted them over)
did the whole skin thing etc
but no choice of letting me look at hidden att
it may have nothing to do with it but do i need a tht skin choice you have on the screenshot?

I suppose you are using English language in the game, as it doesn't work with anything other than English as it seems.
Are you sure you put those 2 files in proper folder?
C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\data\updates\update-1010\data\
The skin choice shouldn't matter.

I got it working fine on my Mac.
I copied the files into the folder:
/Applications/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/data/updates/update-1010/data
Restarted the game, and voilà.

It works on portuguese language but the name of atributes still in english.

Changed the downloadable with the two needed xml files instead of the whole fmf files. Updated the installation instructions. It's also much smaller file now.

not sure about this, but it might not be possible as some people said this was working due to a bug, which was solved in 10.3
