Apart from other pros of installing the game via Steam, there is an exclusive feature just for you, called "achievements".
They are essentially little tools for telling you how well you are doing at the game, and what you have achieved, setting targets for you to hit. They also act as bragging rights amongst mates!
SI have added a massive 70 potential achievements to Football Manager 2010.
