ehm yeah i get your idea that you should be able to give a talking or two to 1 specific player.
i mean in real life you would be giving some little tactical talks etc. you wont be giving them a speech every time. so i certainly agree that there should be a bit more to that.

sounds good, i used to have a really bad footy manager game, cant remember the name but you could shout pass and shout and stuff like that, be good to not have exactly that but like you say when u sub u can give quick orders like tell a player to shoot more, or not ETC

yeah i think subs are uselles in this, it is rare they have a good game for me, always around low 6's. a little encouragement could'nt do any harm!

no this will be more a small adjustment to tatics or way you want the team to play, which I have also thought should be in the game. Me like
