Talk about the transfers and the transfer rumours here :)

I just heard that Manchester City have signed Gareth Barry for 13 million euros!
I'm kinda suprised as it is definetly a step down for him as he almost went to Liverpool last summer...
But a great signing for Mark Hughes and Man City!

Tbh I've never really seen why Barry is worth that kind of money and with Man Citys cash and desire to make man city a real force I'd of thought they'd try and bring in some real class.

Kaka is supposed to of signed for Real Madrid for £56 million.

i think barry is the kind of player city need and they got him for a the right price. I dont think he was worth the £20 mil that Villa wanted for him last season
