Stamina and workrate

I've started a new game with Leeds in leuge 1, in order to make good money in the pre-season I've cancelled most of my original traningmatches and made sure to play bigger teams and rivals instead.
since Man Utd and Chelsea are my to biggest rivals games against them obviousley gives the most money. However during these games i realized how much good workrate and a fit team does... I made sure that no one in my line up was below 95% in healt, and without any new editions on the pitch except for rapnik and zozulya and emil martinez i started up with a draw against United , then a onegoal loss aganinst Chelsea and in my last game i beat United 3-1 !! my tactic is basicley the supersoccer that u can download here on the site... i played the attack-tatic that you're supose to use on weaker teams than your own and used every OI there is on every player eccept closing down... (although i allways had closing down at their MC aswell).... anyway these incredible games has trouley show me the value of a hardworking and fit team evan in FM

feel that i have to mention that i played a draw against chelsea just this next game with THEM berrying the equalizer with onley minutes to spare

and about what you wrote, yes its an old known fact that fresh players have more to give energy wise which can give you the edge on many occasions.
