5-3-2 for weak teams

I would like to share my FM 2010 tactics that is used for national team of Northern Ireland (download it following this link - FM 2010 tactics). It seems pretty successful because of the following results achieved in the season #6:

Georgia – Northern Ireland 0:2
Northern Ireland – Denmark 2:0
Northern Ireland – Portugal 1:1




5 defenders and 3 central midfielders have to prompt you that the tactics is oriented at playing through the centre. That’s what Focus Passing instruction is set to. Notice Rigid Philsophy and Disciplined Creative Freedom as well. These two instructions mean team will try to play more academic football with low quantity of unpredictable actions. this tactical approach allows to control ball and create goal moments often even if you team is much weaker than opponent's team.

well obviousley good results, and you're winnig games... but if you play as a weeker side, why not waste time ? allways easier to upset in a shorter period of time
