take ur own made or a decent training schedule, in pre-season make it it slightly harder. simple as that.

Pre-season must contain high or intensive all the strength and aerobic
and less to all the other categories light or medium just as long as the whole workrate is not heavy! Pre-season is all about fitness anyway!

Sorry guys one more thing, when do i switch back to the normal training?
Is it like 3 friendlies before season?
or just the first day of the season?

I personally switch after all pre-season games but its up to you, whether you want to slowly work into the normal training routine from pre-season, I don't think it will make a considerable difference. Although you need to make sure that your players' fitness is sufficient to endure a run of quick matches.

I created my own training schedules and use them all the time. I don't increase/decrease intensity regardless of pre/regular season.

I always create my own training schedules and usually I do not change intensity throughout the years, but sometimes it helps if you slightly increase the load during pre-season.

It is important to monitor the happiness of your players regarding their training schedules and tweak it accordingly. A heavy training schedule can have negative impact if your player is unhappy about it, while a light/medium one is more likely to have a better effect.

Mark: by the time I visit you, you'll be like ancient =P
Stam: if things go well, I'll still be the same old crazy Stam
Mark: as in crazy inventive energetic or as in crazy senile and forgetful?
Stam: wtf mate, are you planning to visit me when you'll be 70? lol
