i have a problem with genie scout and cm im lost?

ok ok heres what happened i installed and started a game i was arbroath in the scottish leagues, with also 6 or 7 other leagues loaded got them upto div 1 played 1 season and then the next seasons fixtures didnt come up leaving me with only cup, then found tht i wasnt runing the game with compatabilty mode of XP so i did tht and start again, this time with east stirling, i got a wicked team together using the genie scout and ive just finnished my 1st season in div 1 and the same things happened again 'gutted'.....ive noticed genie scout isnt recognising the SPL only the cups and div 1,2 and 3 ive also just patched the game up to verion 8.02 and still the genie scout does not recognise the SPL, i really dont know what to do with this game?? help
