Problem with FM10 or patch 10.3?

When I save my game, I get a small pop up box saying "there is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1".
When I click any of the buttons, i then get "there is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR2".
The game does save - regardless of which buttons I press - it's just really irritating.
Anyone else seen this/ know how to fix it?

it's been a while since patch 10.3 was released mate. how come you get this problem now? it just happened out of the blue or you just installed patch 10.3?

only started happening when i got a new laptop - I've since fixed it - something to do with DVD drive being labeled 'g' instead of 'd' - one i changed this, working fine!
