Charlton (The Addicks)

Just started a new season and this time I decided to use Charlton from League 1.

I found it's a good challenge, though with $0 transfer budget and $1,7k below salary cap. It will be a hard challenge to sign any good player.

I'm planning to play with 4-4-1-1 tactics.

Do anyone have suggestion for free players to sign or loan signing?

hi mate

you could start by applying some basic rules to your squad.
- make sure you have at most 2 players for each position, plus 3 'jokers'... this means a total of 25 players should be enough
- hold on to your young talents and really important players by extending their contract further
- try to get rid of the high wagers that are not that important or on the fall of their career, in order to make room for salary wage
- as long as your salary cap has room to breath, you can adjust that room for transfer budget, so it's really important
- starting with 0 transfer budget, you need to aim for 3 long-term important loan signings from premier

since you'll be using 4-4-1-1 try to keep 2 strikers and a striker joker (an attacking midfielder who can play there too).

it's been a while since i played fm2010, so if you could zip your savegame and upload it on some filesharing site, we could quickly check for some recommendations mate.

i only managed to get AMRC - Giovani Fortunatti (25), the other was snatched by bigger club.

Though I managed to get Tomas Horava(one of my fav players for FM2010)

Oh unlucky you couldn't snatch at least 2-3 from the ones I listed

I forgot to include some transfer listed players that you could probably get for free...

One of my topplayers 2 years long was john fleck, really good to loan...
Signed edixson perea on free transfer the rest i forgot.
Also got lucky with 2 good regen youthplayers in 2 years.

i managed to won the league 1 by a small margin and now i'm still in friendlies fixtures.

i have signed some good players on free transfer to cover my lack of depth team

Started my game to see wich players i bought and loaned

Jelle Vossen 450k
Sebastian Corchia was transferlisted for no reason got him for 325k

I loaned fleck again:D
Also loaned delph, rajkovic and sturridge all top players for the championship.

i just had a meeting with my work manager on friday and was told that my english is bad both writing and speaking. on top of that they are considering my work contract whether they should extend it or not.

i was a bit disheartened in the last 2 days, i apologies for the previous post. i guess i'm a bit confuse as what to do and post that kind of request.

got a bit better after won 4 games straight with my Charlton though. lol
