Is there any way of using the FMRTE without NET Framework??

I do not have internet connection at home is there any way around this?

Is it possible to install where i have internet connection and use afterwards, where there would be no connection??

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!! LOL!

Hi Ross, welcome to the site :)

You can download the offline installer for NET Framework at work and take it home with a USB stick for example. It's around 200mb, here's the link for the offline installer of v3.5.

Yes, that's correct. After downloading almost 200mb it would be unfair to need internet connection for any additional files... after all it's called the offline installer :D
