100% player rating?

Has any of you seen a player going 100% or at least 95% in the FM Scout Player rating?

No mate, it would be insane though. 90% is already too much in my opinion.
I think the highest I have seen was 93% for Aguero.

Any player over 80% is considered 'godlike', and over 70% is considered 'world class'. When looking at players' ratings, I usually go for over 70% as current rating and close to 80% (or higher obviously) for potential rating... at least when my team is on the highest league, and not in lower leagues.
And while I think the rating algorithm of Genie Scout is decent enough, I consider the asking price for many star players in the game way too unrealistic. This is not a bug/problem of Genie though, but the game itself.
And maybe for a player like Messi, it could make sense for his team to ask 120M to sell him, for many others it is really out of sync.

Stam I agree with your prize thoughts. Maybe in the Fm 11 they will fix this
