Is there any information about Genie for FM11. Will Eugenie work on this project?

Eugene told me he wants to work on Genie Scout 11, but we can't promise anything yet. Personally, I believe he will do it :)

Yes, but it's still in pre-alpha as you see on that screenshot. We should wait a few days more, before announcing anything.
