December 4th Crash

I recently got the new update via steam for FM 2011, started a league with Liverpool and now in my second season, doing really well and then the game crashes on December 4th, I have tried a few times now to see if the game will continue past this date but I have had no luck. A message keeps coming up saying warning: array access out of bounds, and then another one saying a serious error was encountered and the application will now close, an error file has been generated in ........

Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone give me an idea as to why this might of happened, im absoluted gutted at not being able to continue. don't think I have it in me to re-start again

This is strange, I'm using the steam version and everything seems fine with my game. Although I get crashes from time to time, but that's very rare and not at a fixed date. Try checking if the patch installed correctly?
