No Money

Right first I had the 4th of December crash, I have since started new games and managed to get past the second season. My problem now is when I start up a new game I dont get money with any team, I started that Liverpool league which crashed on me and it give me 25-30 million to spend but now I don't get a penny until maybe Jasnuary or the next summer. I was wondering is there any way to re-download or check that I got the patch downloaded properly, I am playing through steam so don't know how to check the update. Its really annoying starting a game with no money, makes life so much harder, cant even sign coaches from other teams, can anyone help?

There's an option during the start of a new game. Maybe you checked or unchecked it (not sure which it is). It goes something like: use transferbudget in first tranfer window.
This option can be chosen in the same start menu as: use real player names and hide attributes...

This option is to see or not to see the money of the club in the first window.
Did you tried with another team or only with Liverpool? Maybe they dont have transfer budget in the final patch because of the transfers they made.
