PLEASE HELP!

Every time I try to go to start a match an error message comes up and then doesn't go away until I stop the game via Task Manager.

The games have been updated, un-installed, re-installed, set-up (visually) differently every time i.e. playing a windowed game non-3D etc.

I start new games and it still doesn't work.

The error reads; XML parsing error! Not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of floating_info_state_changed.xml

I love the game and hate not being able to play! Please help!!!

Cheers, Tolly

I have come across this problem before and the only way to solve it that I have found is to un-install the game and then delete any of the game folders left. Unfortunatley this will mean losing saved games. Then restart the computer and install the game and it should be ok

Doing what I said avoids losing the game, this xml stuff has happened to me about 4 times, each time I have gotten past it using this method or another. Waiting on feedback to see if this works,
