Downloading/Using tactics,training & shortlists

Hello, I am a newbie to Football Manager and did not find any answers on the forum for what seems like a simple matter.

Last night I downloaded a few tactics, training schedules and player shortlists, unzipped them and save them in the folders that were suggested (i.e. c:/program files/sports interactive/tactics or training or shortlists (I had to create the folders as they did not exist).

In my save game I have tried loading these files but none of them appear in these folders. What am I doing wrong here?

Not in Program Files mate, you must place them in My Documents > Sports Interactive > etc
