I expect the following ones.
1. Add some new interesting team and player instructions that will add more tactical diversity.
2. Get license for national team of Germany
3. Getting wider player statistics after match.
4. More possibilities to spend the club money (training camps, club facilities...)
5. Possibilities to do anything with money your earn as manager. For now salary gives nothing to a FM player.
6. More options in player interaction and media talks.

4.we already have training facilities,training camps is good idea,but anything more is bad,if you want that,play FIFA Manager.

i would like to see an improvement in the feeder club feature. i would find it better if you could maybe indicate to the board what type of link you want them to search for, eg financial benefit or work permit. its annoying when the board keeps giving you a limited list of possible feeder clubs.

You can indicate whether you want a feeder for permits, merchandise, etc. It seems very rare though. I've had the board ask me which type of feeder in only 2 of my many FM08 games. The 2nd time they came back saying they couldn't find any....bullshite.

football has got nothing to do with the 'business' outside the pitch.

what i would like to see is a few more 'team talks' and such things.
more things u can say in the media, like about your team.

more control over your youth setup, youth facilities....and everything that has to do with the youth players.

I agree with having more media responses.
Also, I would like to be able to tell a player privately (not in media) that: "Dont worry you have a future here, just concentrate on the game"
Some players get unsettled and it would be good to make them feel secure.

Some good posts here and I agree with most of them.
Personally I would like more interaction with the players as well such as the ability to announce to the press how dissapointed you were with their performance and get them to buck their ideas up instead of just getting angry after the game and not really much happening. Would also like to see the penalties redone, they are pretty awful in this version. Only other thing I can really think of is perhaps more control over expanding the ground instead of being told it will be expanded by so many seats you should be able to choose.

I would like when I buy a player to have the option of making my bid public to the press.
And some improvements based on the differences between big teams and small teams... Sometimes, It just doesnt matter if you have the best team in the world, if youre playing with, I dont kow, Leicester against Manchester United or Arsenal, the chances of winning are almost impossible.:@
