i really dont mean to offend anyone but.....
we know that FIFA wont let England wear poppies on their football kit on saturday because of FIFA rule 4 "The basic compulsory equipment must not contain any political, religious or pesonal statements" yet we are allowed to observe 2 minutes silence before the game. bunch of bureaucratic hypicrytival w****ers. Now it may be a tiny protest, but i for 1 wont be watching the match - please join me, let FIFA know that the world, not England should remember their heroes!!!

the rule also says that ANY player with a personal message on any undergarment will be punished, and PLEASE don't get me worng, but Billy Sharp was not punished for his t-shirt for his very unfortunate loss - i can only imagine what he's feeling for his loss, being a dad myself, but they bent the rules then and what about the family of all the soldiers who have gave the ultimate sacrifice, please join me and boycott this friendely if FIFA wont change their stance.

While I understand your frustration, I think FIFA is right in not allowing it in INTERNATIONAL matches, and I capitalize that purely for emphasis. While I think it's great that you honor your fallen during your domestic competitions, I can't help but feel like every country would want something else added to their jersey at their time of mourning for their countrymen. Please don't get me wrong, I truly understand where you are coming from. What the English FA chooses to do, should have no influence on the FIFA matter. It is because of exceptions the we cannot come to terms on some of the easiest rules in the game. There needs to be a hierarchy and discipline, and as soon as that is achieved, the sooner we can be on the way to a more enjoyable experience watching the beautiful game.
