"Compress Save Games" Error

I am newb to FM Genie Scout so I apologize in advance if this is something really easy/stupid,LOL...
I downloaded FM Scout from this site and clicked on the button to load my saved game (i use FM 2011, Steam version and have the FM Scout 2011 version installed), the window opens for me to select the saved game that I desire to load and after a moment I get an error message in Russian (or maybe its Ukrainian) with three English words at the end: "Compress Save Games".....any idea how I correct this?
