Tactics change each other HELP!

Hello all.
This is my first post and hopefully you can help me.
I'm currently about to ply my first game on FM12. I have 3 tactics saved. Every time I change ho the players are placed in 4-4-1-1 for example, it messes up how the players are placed in 4-5-1. Why is this? If I change how the players are placed in any of the tactics then it messes up my other tactics and vice versa. This is so frustrating. I click save on each tactics and it doesn't matter if I change my starting tactic or backup tactics.
Anyone else experienced this problem?
