FM12 adding/removing leagues qestion

Hi all,
Im starting a new game in England and was wondering, if I decide to add a new league in like 2020 or smth ( for ex. Spain Liga bbva) will all the managers and squads be the same, I mean will the league be active through these 2012 - 2020 seasons eventhough i havent added it in the beggining ,

This all depends. You will have to add teams to this league etc etc and set it up properly. It will play for them 8 years yes but will have to make it playable when it comes to it.

The squads you see at that moment will become playable, and likely topped off with regens. Which means that, if Barcelona, for some reason has 15 players, another 10 regens will be added immediately.

This becomes a greater problem if you take the Kazakhstani league. For example, if you start there, but quickly find a job in England, and decide to remove the Kazakh league, but 10 years later, decide to add it back, the league will act like it never existed. It will simply be filled with a bunch of regens, because FM basically deletes your progress (or, better said, it will keep your best players in Kazakhstan if they are decent, but discard the rest)
