An interesting mix of talent and routine, West Ham is by far one of the better teams in the Championship.
A team which introduced stars like: Carloz Tevez and Paolo Di Canio to the Premier League.
A solid youth academy which produced stars like: Rio Ferdinand ,Joe Cole ,Frank Lampard, Michael Carrick, Glen Johnson and John Terry (Thanks OliverAufc)
Loyal supporters with a great culture, it’s hard to see why anyone would dislike this club.
Current stars are: Charlton Cole and Robert Green.
But my focus lies in the future, with players like: Jack Collinson and James Tompkins.
I’m going to be very active on the trade market looking for future stars.

    Transfer Period
I got 5 Million(m) for transfers and 550.000/w for salaries.
Canceled the loan of George McCartney, he had a hefty salary of 31k/w.
Selling Frédéric Piquionne to Rangers for 1.1 Million, he is an older player with good physics. I have no use for him since I’m looking to sign a more talented and younger striker.

Bought Loïc Nestor(22) from Havre AC for 1,7m. Loïc is a central back with nice speed together with great tackling abilities.

Bought Bressan(22) from BATE for 1m. With qualities both inside and outside the penalty area, Bressan is a great player for any team in the Championship.

Bought Andile Jali(21) from Orlando Pirates for 350k. Andile got good defensive skills along with a solid passing game.

Bought Rafael Tolói(20) from Goiás for 2,5m. Rafael is a young central defender with good physique and good defending skills.

Took on Mbaye Niang(16), Marc Muniesa(19), Anass Achahbar(17), Filipe Anderson(18) and Giuseppe Prestia(17) on loan, hopefully these players can show they are worth signing.

    Friendlies – FC Köbenhavn
A great start, 3-0 was the score and Carlton Cole had a show! 2 beautiful goals from the poacher. Also James Tomkins scored a goal with a header from a corner. All defenders played well, also Jack Collinson and Henri Lansbury played well as well and controlled the midfield.

    West Ham(H) - Birmingham
11, Rafael snaps up the ball from a corner, shoots and hits James Tompkins and the ball reflects off him and hits the back of the net... Entire team is happy… but no, the goal is an offside. West ham quickly regroup and refocus on the task at hand.
18, Rafael gets injured, in comes Giuseppe Prestia.
30, Adam Rooney(Birmingham) gets sent off.
37, Bressan finds Matt Taylor alone on the left side of the field. Matt takes a few steps, loads up and shoots a nice curve-ball, It hits the back of the net off the post. A real beauty. 1-0
39, Cold gets the ball from a header, brings the ball under control and starts running. His defender can’t keep up with him at all, he advances in to the penalty area and passes it back to a completely alone Bressan who shoots, but Myhill saves it. A bad shot, straight on goal from Bressan. Birmingham clears the ball for a throw in.
41, Patryk Malecki (Birmingham) recives the ball from a throw in. Loïc Nestor puts a lot of pressure and Patryk is forced to play the ball to the defenders. A poor pass which ends up at Bentlys feet. Bently doesn’t need a bigger invitation then that, he gets it under control and strikes at the closest post. Keeper have no chance as he sees the ball go past him. Great team work with a lot of pressure that built up to this goal. 2-0
    Half Time

85, Another beautiful team goal where the ball passes between all the West Ham players and then finds the back of the net. Nolan is the scorer, but it was Bressans brilliant pass that lead to this goal. 3 – 0!
    Final Whistle
A great first game! 12 – 1 shots on goal and total dominance.
