    Hey all colleeges.

I've started West Ham, and trying to return to the top of Premier League.

I choosed the expectations to be in the top of championship. So i have around £5 millions for transfers.

    Lets begin..

    Transfers in:

Lucas Andersen from AaB - £1 million
Smajl Suljevic from Stoke - £1.2 millions
Stuart Parnaby from Birmingham - Free Transfer

    Transfers out:

Sam Baldock to Coventry - Loan £450.000
Peter Kurucz to Derby - $18.000
Hérita Ilunga to Ipswich - Loan £50.000

    Tactics:

Since i don't know the West Ham team very well, i decided to go for 4-1-2-3. I have a lot of good strikers, so thats why i chose this formation. So we will see if it will work for us.

    Pre-Season:

I was using alot of time, looking at the players and get to know them. I only remember the old West Ham team years back. So first of all, if anyone of you guys have some feedbacks, info or help about the team of west ham, please let me know :-) And i bought Lucas Andersen for future plans as striker. And Smajl Suljevic, as well for future plans.

Friendly - York 0-3 West Ham
Friendly - West Ham 1-1 PSV
Friendly - Swansea 1-1 West Ham
Friendly - West Ham 4-0 Bradford
Friendly - West Ham 4-1 Torino
Friendly - Wset Ham 1-1 Fiorentina

Overall im really satisfied about the results in pre-season. In my opinion, PSV & Fiorentina is both really strong teams, and be able to just do draw, is fine with me. I think the game vs. Swansea should be a victory us, specially when Lucas Andersen have 10 shots on goal, and hit with 9.

    First month, august.

I was looking really forward to see my opponents in the Championship, and my first match was vs. Southampton. I was especially excited to see Lucas Andersens performence in this league - with an age of 16, it's gonna be exciting.

    Injuries:

    David Bentley - 20 days
    John Carew - 10 days
    Carlton Cole - 5 days

Championship - West Ham 2-0 Southampton
Ligacup 1st Round - West Ham 3-0 Torquay
Championship - Middlesbrough 2-1 West Ham
Championship - West Ham 2-1 Bristol City
Championship - Reading 1-0 West Ham
Ligacup 2nd Round - West Ham 1-0 Leyton Orient
Championship - West Ham 1-0 Leicester

All in all, i am really satisfied about August month. 2 loss, but 5 wins. That seem's to be fine. In Licacup 3rd Round, i drawed Crystal Palace.

    More updates to come :)

    Hoping for good feedbacks.

God damnit. I want to upload pictures for you guys. But whenever i press "fn+prt screen" botton and "ctrl+v" to e.x. Paint, it took a screen of my desktop and not ingame of FM12 - Any help ?
And sorry for the mistake about Stuart Parnaby. Got him from Birmingham. But for now, there will be a September update.

    The September Month:

Championship - Millwall 2-3 West Ham
Championship - West Ham 3-0 Hull
Ligacup 3rd Round - West Ham 2-1 Crystal Palace
Championship - Cardiff 3-2 West Ham
Championship - Peterborough 0-3 West Ham
Championship - West Ham 4-0 Leeds

In September, Frédéric Piquionne was awarded "Player of the Month"

    4 matches played
    5 goals
    8.23 rated

In the Licacup, i picked Manchester United for 4th Round. It's gonna be a really tough match, but maybe i got what it takes. We'll see..

    The October Month:

After a quite good September month, my expectations for October was quite high :-).

    Injuries:

    Lucas Andersen - 5 days

Championship - Nottingham Forest 1-1 West Ham
Championship - West Ham 3-1 Derby
Championship - Blackpool 0-2 West Ham
Ligacup 4th Round - West Ham 3-2 Manchester United
Championship - West Ham 5-0 Doncaster

I DID IT !.. I beated the Manchester United in a tight intensive match. Lucas Andersen made the match ours, after 2 good quality goals. But i noticed, that Man U used alot of reserve players. But a win, is a win :D.
In Quarter Finals for Ligacup, i picked Aston Villa. A team that won against Chelsea 2-1, to be where they are now. The game will be played 30th November.

Besides that, i was awarded "Manager of the Month".

    Championship Table:

After these 3 months, i've been able to do well in the beginning matches, and being placed as no. 1 in the league.

    Table after 14 matches:

    #1 West Ham - 10 won, 1 draw, 3 lost - 31 points
    #2 Brighton - 9 won, 4 draw, 1 lost - 31 points
    #3 Reading - 9 won, 3 draw, 2 lost - 30 points

    My lineup: (Need Feedback)

Robert Green (GK), Guy Demel (RD), James Tomkins (CD), Abdoulaye Faye (CD), Matt Fry (LD), Mark Noble (DM), Jack Collins (CM), Henri Lansbury (CM), Frédéric Piquionne (ST), Carlton Cole (ST) & Lucas Andersen (ST)

So... Now we reached January 1st.

In this update there will be from november to 1st january. And so sad as it was, i dropped out from Ligacup Quarter Finals, vs. Aston Villa in a hard 1-3 loss.

    November Month:

November was a really bad month. Dropped from Ligacup, and in general played 6 games, lost 4 and won 2. That is so far, from where my expectiations is.
There isn't really much to say about November. Had a few injuries like Carew, Frédéric Piquionne and Carlton Cole.

    December Month:

This month was way better, and we're beginning to see the light again. We played 5 matches this month, and won 3, 1 draw & 1 loss.

    Check the matchprogram for october/november/december:

What happend in November month, resulted that im placed 3rd place in the league.
Brighton, which is 1st - they won 5 games in december. So they are sitting strong with 54 points. But they are definitly able to catch. So we will see in upcoming months :D

Beside that, the manager of Leicester ran away with the title of Manager of the Month. But despite that, Lucas Andersen was awarded the title "Monthly Young Player". And Matt Fry was ranked as no. 2.
Also Frédéric Piquionne was awarded the "Player of the Month", with 6 goals in 5 matches.

I decided to show you Frédéric Piquionne and Lucas Andersen. Check below.

    Lucas Andersen:

    Frédéric Piquionne:

Besides all this i need your help guys..
I need to find a new Striker with good stats. He can be 26age .. Max 29 years old. For a decent price. :)

Any feedback or response is gladly welcome.

    Updates to come.

Jay Rodriguez, Hugo Rodallega, Franco di Santo, Ashley Barnes and Scott McDonald are all capable of scoring lots of goals in this league.

Terry Cronshaw - The problem is just that, that the striker i find also has to be able to score goals in premier league. I found one i believe is able to handle a good job, and he is also young. John Fleck.

There didn't really happend alot since last time, but here we go:

    January Month:

In general january was a decent month. Had 3 wins, 2 loss and 1 draw. I wouldn't say that this is acceptable, but we had a few injuries and a few for the national teams as well - so all in all, im satisfied. As you can see, i won against Everton 4-0 in outfield at FA Cup, which was awesome. But at the drawing for next round, we picked Manchester City... God damnit. City of all other teams. A shitty pick. We was able to win against Manchester United in the Ligacup, but i doubt that we will have the same luck with us this time.

    February Month:

We was focused to win the league, but also was interested in make a good performence at the FA Cup, since we was out of Ligacup. So we tryid to spare a few players through the month.
We met up with Manchester City at their playground. It was a really tough match. Was 1-1 by half-time, but City with 69% possesion. In the beginning of second half, balotelli scores on a crazy shot from 40meters distance. 10 minutes later, Piquionne was able to get a head on the ball, and put it up in right corner, and Hart didn't had a chance. But ofcause in the 90' minut, James Milner went up and lopped the ball above Green. And match ended 3-2 for City. Was a close one, but we had to admit that City was stronger this time.

Beside that, i think we did a decent month. See match results (and upcoming matches) below:

As you guys saw in previous update, i was looking for a good striker, with the thought of him scoring goals now, but also im Premier League. I was searching around for players between 26-29, but wasn't able to find anyone, i thought matched into the team. I scouted John Fleck from Glasgow Rangers, and saw some interest in him.

    Transfers in:

John Fleck from Glasgow Rangers - £3.8 millions

    Transfers out:

Matty Taylor to Norwich - £1.4 millions
    Joey O'Brien free transfer - £0

I chose to buy John Fleck, since he is only 20 years old, and is very talented. So in the long term, he was a better choice. So far he played 10 games, and scored 5 goals. Happy so far.

With 13 games left in the league, and we're placed 3rd. It's gonna be a really tight race in the top. It has been hard so far, but i think we are capable of placing us self as 1st in end of the season. But we will see, it's really tight :-)

    Next update will be end-season.

Feedback or anything - everything is welcome :-)

So this is it .. We hit the end of the season.. And......... We ended SECOND !!! DAMN.. With 1 point short from Leicester, which fighted themself up trough the season. Was a tough fight for the title, and i lost it due 2 loss in the last 3 matches. And, further back - in the 2nd meetup with Leicester i played draw 1-1, which defintly should have been a win.

Besides that, i am really satisfied about the performence from my staff and team. I found some pictures to show you some more detailed information.

Now im going through transfer window, for the start of pre-season in 10 days. So next update will be in a few months (ingame).

    Cya :)
