Ross Docherty has been named new manager or Manchester United due to Sir Alex Fergusons Reteirment. He left one day after the new big signing Robin Van Persie. I first set my team policy to the assistant in charge of contract renewals and match prep.I was giving a maximum Transfer Budget of 35m because of setting my targets to winner . During my first press conference i responded with all positive answers.Next it was up to me to get rid of some of the dead wood in the team so i managed to sell 5 players to up my Transfer Budget the players sold were

Johnny Evans - 2.5m To FCP
Michael Carrick - 5m To Inter
Dimitar Berbatov - 1m To PSG Losing 29 Million
    Anderson- 3.1m - Arsenal
    J.S Park- 2.5 - FCP

There For I had to bring in replacements

Jack Rodwell - 35m From Everton
Michael Dawson - 15m From Tottenham
Seydou Doumbia - 20m From CSKA Moscow
Ryan Shawcross - 15m From Stoke
Rafael Van Der Vaart - 20m From Tottenham

I as a manger only decieded to play 2 Friendlies The Scores Where

    Man Utd 1-2 Corinthians
    Man Utd 3-0 Antwelp

From There Moral In the Team Was Good But Could Be better i was involved of the first piece of silver wear of the season The Community Shield against Manchester City

Manchester Utd 0-1 Manchester City David Silva 90+3

Our First Game Of the Season Is Against Reading

I will continue to update you on how my season is going

That is a lot more than the 35 Million you were given for transfers. Also add in the loan payments that will start in August, and you will be screwed. Might have to sell Welbeck or Rooney come January.

I don't think this is going to work out with all the debts you've just made...

Curious choices, mate. A whole bunch of them...if you don't mind my sharing some opinions:

    1. You undersold ALL your players. I managed to sell Anderson for 10.25M during the first window.
    2. Why would you sell Evans and buy Dawson? Dawson's more injury prone and Evans is Home-Grown at United (good for CL squad registration).
    3. Jack Rodwell for 35M???? Holy cow! You could have got some very decent defensive midfielders for half the price. Also, Man Utd have plenty of home-grown English players, so you needn't have paid the English player premium that Liverpool paid last year.
    4. Your net transfer spend was approximately 90M, which is quite a lot. United have a loan repayment of approximately 8.24M per month starting Aug 2011 and going on until Jan 2017. I reckon next summer, you will probably have a much lower transfer budget unless you win a lot this season. It's going to be a big gamble for you, mate, so all the best :)

Also, you may want to look at strengthening your full-back positions. Evra begins to become inconsistent by the second season.

    All the best!

Then I would suggest downloading the LFCMarshall update in FM-Base. It gives you all the new 2012 signings.
