you know david i think tottenham could win it this year as a major underdog, one more top quality signing like david villa could get them there

i think tottenham could get into the champions league but not win it although i reckon if liverpool had one more quality player like torres or gerrard then they could have a serious chance

you never know david, but yes i think they will get someone out the top 4 this season, and i hope its chelsea, who are getiing abit boring atm. and i agree liverpool need one more world class player to get us somewhere near the front of the table, but now robbie keane has come in we wont be shy in front of goal, its just a good solid centre back to support carragher we need.

I think that united will start insteady due to the lack of strikers:

Saha unfit
Rooney injured

But with ronaldo, tevez, maybe Campbell hopefully a new striker like berbatov and they will slowly build up and end like they did last year. 1st

Chelsea will fight to retain, but due to the newness of the squad i can't see them overcoming the other top 3 much. They will push united all the way. 2nd

Liverpool are starting out like they did last year, hopefull! They won't win due to the fact the team is no better off than last year 4th

Arsenal are starting to mature but due to the selling of key players they cannot be favourites. But due to them have a team of the same style of play players they will hit above liverpool but not enough to interupt the united chelsea saga.

Tottenham are mid-table at best mate. That's where they'll stay.

everton is a team that has barely changed, i dont think they will be any weaker this season. Villa have improved their squad, and i dont think they will become worse this season.

portsmouth can do it, they have the same amount of chance as tottenham have it. tottenham is a really changed team and still is on its verge of changing. i dont think they will be fighting that well with the top four this season. next season maybe, but you have to think about the other teams in the league as well.

Boro are stable and a bit stronger this season as well. They do really have a good team, even though they have shite fans.

Bolton arent that good, but i dont think they will be as bad as last season. and Sunderland will have gained some experience and such, and that could prove to be vital.

Every team has its affect on the league.
