I have noticed many are new to steam. And many who haven't even dared to touch it. But even though the full game isn't released yet i still think a guide for Steam is needed.
for those who dont know, steam is a application that allows you to play games through it, mostly online.
There is one thing called Steam community which allows you to have friends and such. With that feature you can look at whos playing and whos not. And you can chat easily, even when your ingame you dont have to minimize. Theres an option to be able to just shift it to the community. And FM will be running in the background as normal.

Plus it will make our online gaming much easier with STEAM. You can just create a online game. And your friend can just press join game and he will automatically connect.

BUT this is not for sure for now. But more information about online play will come as soon as the full game is released(and i have gotten it of course).

Download steam from www.steampowered.com
There you can already read about what it is etc.
Install steam to your PC(DUH!).

Make an account on steam, if you already have an existing account log in with that.
When your in steam in your new account. Then you can go to store and search for football manager demo.
When you get your full game, just go to the games page on your steam. And below click on "Activate a product on steam". Follow the instructions and add your FM 09.

This if for now, but when the full game comes out i will make sure that i can get you a full guide on how it works etc.
