Hello guys.I read and i watch a lot of programms to find good players.After a lot of work i make the best shortlists criteria to found good players

All work is for Low League Managers but if change some of my attributes have world class players

In next post i put the criteria for best and cheap and special players
GK,SW,DC,DLR,WBLR,DM,MCLR,AMC,AMLR,FCLR,ST, and for stuff

Well i have ready the shortlists for LLM in FM09

1-GK

HANDLING 14
REFLEXES 14
POSITIONING 12

JUMPING 10
COMMUNICATION 10
BRAVERY 8
CONCENTRATION 8
AERIAL ABILITY 8
COMMAND OF AREA 8
ONE ON ONES 8

The first 3 attributes are critical to have good keapers.
Make search to 16-28 years and the first 3 attributes put and ,and and and ,the other put or,or,or......and check unrealistic players out.if not found player then make the critical 13,13,11 and the other 9,9,7,7,7,7,7 and then make critical if dond found again 12,12,10,....and found a lot of players

the same make for other posisions....

All of this attributes is at least this numbers and the first 3-4 is critical for good player/position

I've got a shortlist of the top 5 attributes I look for at each position. I got it from the 2009 TT&F so I definitely can't take credit for it. I'll post the info when I get home this morning.

Aerial ability, Command of area, Handling, Reflexes, One on ones

Central Defenders
Jumping, Marking, Tackling, Positioning, Strength

Fullbacks
Pace, Tackling, Positioning, Work Rate, Stamina

Defensive Midfielders
