his favourite position?
look at his stats and see what you need the most from him.
he might have good passing, dribbling technique etc. then you might consider playing as a amc with through balls alot etc.
it shouldnt be hard to find out in which position you will get teh most out of him.

for me he plays best up front, not on his own though, he needs a good player, like vela or balotelli as a partner
