Leading Championship players

Hey i wondered if someone could help me?

Im managing Reading and i am trying to get back into the prem. Im currently 5th in 2009/2010 season. I lost in the playoff final to Bristol City the season before. I cant seem to find any strong championship players to get me promoted. Can you name a few players that can do this please.

I would also appreciate it if you could name a few wonderkids that may join my team.

mascio - 50 k
joffre guerron - 400k
ljungberg - 20k (old but still amazing)

Yeah i agree with Tommy Spurr i got him for 800k or something like that in first season. And then in the second season hull bid 500k for him and i said i want 3mil and they did it but he failed to agree personal terms :(
