week teams playing like big ones

I was playing in serie a with diferent teamsto try out, and i realize that siena finish season always in 5,4,3, and one time in 2 place..and its one of the teams i always have problems to play with..i think in 10 or 12 games i only win 2 or 3 times.. i think siena is really underrated team, and i will try and play with to see this weird team..anyone as the same opinion? any other underrated teams you have known..at the same time its cool, cause you get more hard teams to play against with, not always the big ones..
