Players retirement?

Well I'm playing with Liverpool and I want that Carragher and Gerrard end their carrers in the club, but Carragher is losing his role on the team so I would love to ask that he retires and become a coach or something like that. There's any way to do it?

I think that some players will become coaches (key word being think). If they have something in their personal status saying something along the lines of: "Looking to stay in football" try releasing a comment saying they would make a good coach/ manager etc

It doesn't always work this way however, I had Van bommel at my Kaiserlauten team for years and when he retired I done all the right things to get him to become a coach once he had made the decsion to do so but he didn't want to have a role in my club at any level. I think its just down to what the player wants to do, sometimes they want to be a manager themselves :dozingoff


Good luck m8, they will make great staff if you can get them to become coaches etc :D

it depends.
lampard has become a terrible manager in my ManU-savegame while jonathan woodgate is one SICK defending-coach
