Even though they changed the scripts on how mental attributes effect coaching ability, it still works on the same principle.

On staff search, apply a filter of atleast 15 to:
Determination
Level of Discipline
Motivation

From these (probably limited) results you will find some of the best coaching staff available to you.

Lower the filter accordingly to get more results, but also consider that some staff will have very high mental attributes in only 2/3 of the possible variables, so just play with the filter until you find a staff member who looks good to you.

I have Marco Rotta who is pretty good. Paul Winsper is a good fitness coach. Search the England National Teams backroom staff for some good targets.

Whats been written above is a general guide to finding a shortlist of top quality coaches in a more general sense.

I believe that set piece coaches need high Technical Coaching and possibly high Attack Coaching, but I may be wrong. Google it.

Dont forget though, by following the guide for high mental attributes, you will find coaches whose coaching style is "General" and this will be consistantly high in all coaching areas.
