okey i'm currentley att real madrid (don't hate me, they never gave me a joboffer before so just felt that i had to take the chanse). anyway, I have some of the top strikers in the world whom all have great "important game attribute". the team has scored well over 100 goals in the leauge alone and in the last three games we managed a total of 2 (!?) goals, still we created over 6 "clear chanses" in each game. i've tried to apply pressure and tried to go easy on them i tried saying nothing at all... so it's not the tactic, since we creat chanses and it's not a lack of quality, i have too much of it... and i've tried all team talks... any ideas ?

So it's only the last three games?

well sounds less severe than it has been... i got whipped my atl madrid in cl semifinals scoring once in 180mins with atleats 20 cler chanses... the last three games of the series i've recived the messege where one of my players "gathers the troops", so it's obvious that the game is looked upon as importent by the players.. all of the games were aaginst week opposition, yet i didn't manage to win despite total domination... the same goes for the cup-final vs getafe were we had to go into overtime before we scored the only goal

What is your current formation and what are the settings for your attacking players/midfielders?

well i play a fluid 4-2-4 (two strikers and two wingers whom all are set on attack), but as i said before, the problem is not ceating chanses, the poblem is that my world-class attackers won't score from easy positions... no matter what i say to them before, during and after important games... the most annoying thing is that i usually win 5-2 and such, so basicley i allow alot of goals for a toptable team but still score about 30-50% more goals than all the other top teams... untill i get to the important games ofcourse, then they magicley start missing everyting... i mean i had 3 30+ goalscorers last season, still i lost the big games against teams i beat the shit out of earlier in the same season... i'm getting really angry... also players i've coach in other teams, IN THE SAME GAME/SAVE, whom deliverd, espcially in CL !!!!, just won't come to play in the big games

sounds like your players are complacent on one side and can't handle pressure well on the other side.

try "i expect a win" in the pre-match talk. usually does the trick for me.

well i'll try it out, just have to get to another big game first
