Am i missing anything?

I thought the other day when looking at my overall coaching staff if i was missing anything in a particular field, for example do i have nobody that has "tactical knowledge" of 20, i'll upload my attributes for my coaching staff and see if anyone can help.

looks like a good bunch of staff. its the "stars" that matter the most at the end for the training purpose. having an assistant with high tactical knowledge helps to get better tactical info about ur team and the other team. and during the matches.

I think one thing that your coaching staff lacks is the "determination" attribute, apart from one of your coaches who has 19 determination the rest are considerably low. Determination plays a part in the effectiveness of coaches, so I would take that into consideration if I was you.

The same with "motivation" as well. The majority of your staff does have low motivation and determination ratings, I usually start looking at the three key mental attributes for coach before looking at the coaching attributes:
Motivation
Level of Discipline
Determination

On a different note, on the screenshots your name is on the top left below the badge, change it if you want.

Thanks for the tips :), i'll have a look for coaches that have higher Motivation,Level of Discipline and Determination, also do you know how to view these stars i have heard about before, i remember seeing them once but have not been able to find them again?

ehm go to your teams training page, there should be a tab saying "coach assignments" or something like that. there you can see the stars and making sure that you get the most stars in ever category.
