it sucks for you 'cause you're too stupid to use it besides i only brought few young players to my club using scout, and they are to young to play for my first team but i'm winning with a weak club anyway
perhaps you should play something easier if you are not fm material

ok seriously now, it's not nice to blame LLuD for being a demanding scout fan. for many fm players, it is hard to play without any cheats, and with having a plethora of database editors to choose from, it makes the game even harder to play "legitimately".
in a way, angry people have the right to be, since they were promised something that never came true or received a utility that didn't work out the way they expected to, but hey... software authors are human too, they make mistakes.

I love the Fact Genie isn't out yet, As it gives me time to play using my brain and thinking things through. Plus when the scout comes out and i do so much better with it, it makes me realise i am amazingly crap

hey guys, first time for me to use this tool and gotta question something!
do u guys pay more attention to the positioning rating or the ability rating ? i supposed that (obviously?) the ability rating is more important, but at page 1 there was this discussion about too many worldclass/godlike players (position rate above 70%).
so, for example, which player would you consider as the better transfer;
player A -> position 70% / ability 185
or
player B -> position 85% / ability 170
?

First of all, I am winning with a weak team too and it is probbably weaker than yours cause it is from Bulgarian leage. I am pretty good playing without the scout, my the best in this site. But thats not the point I am saying. You expect something and it does not come up. You downloaad some stupit ****ed up programs and you get nasty errors all the time. I want to try the scout becuase I like the idea. It is considered cheat but It makes my playing more interesting becuase I like to play with weak team with good young players. Regarding the tetris idea may be you have faced problems with this type game to mention it. Just dont make some stupid comments on something that you dont understand.

I'm pretty sure the reason why Eugene released program with so many bugs is because people were hanging 0-24 on his site and constantly bugging him.

I don't get why you have to be such a dick about a late program, which you admit is not even necessary for you to play the game..like limited_edition said, make it yourself if you're that good. Don't waste other peoples times. How about sending Eugene a donation thanking him for his hard work, writing a program for spoilt little turds like yourself.

I start playing with Botev(Plovdiv) which is from Bulgarian league, one of the weakest teams in the "A" Group. Curently it is 2014 and so far I have won 5 times in a row the Bulgarian league, 5 time Bulgarian Cup, 5 times Bulagrian Super Cup, 1 time UEFA Champiaon, 2 times semi-final in the European Championship, 1 time European Super Cup. And that's all without a single cheat. So believe me I know how to play that game without cheats. I dont know what kind of f....cked up croation team manage but anyway who cares! so shut the **** up cause you pissing me off from the begining with your dumb comments. I didnt want to offend anyone, only try to make these people realese the scout faster or just write down in the forum some real solutions of how to fix the current errors with the software. And suddenly some f***ed up Croation guy from nowhere comes up on the picture with some dumb comments!

I am actually getting annoyed with this whole Genie Scout thing…
Not the waiting or how many bugs it has, but the whole abuse that people are giving each other, Eugene or anyone else who want to input their name here.
I am very impatient person and mean very, but I willing to wait. If it isn’t out before Christmas then I might start grumbling but I won’t start abusing people or Eugene in particular. There is a different between ‘it is out on November 18th’ (genie.fm official site) and the current date and I understand why people are getting annoyed but surely we don’t buy this game purely for this one program!?!
NOTE: I do prefer the game with Genie Scout but I have had so much fun without it in my last 2 season than I have had with it – granted this is because I keep getitng an error when I even try to load my saved game of Genie Scout but ah well.
The only other point I have is the code Eugene uses (or he did for the original) was the one he got of Nygreen.net (FMScout) who is now employed by SIGames maybe he put some input in how not hack FM08 as he did into original hacking it in the first place plus they have been make a huge point of how the scouting has been completely revamped for the new version.
Regarding LLuD, your latter posts have point and merit, despite the language; your original posted (16th) did come across as aggressive and selfish of what Eugene is doing – like a lot of people have on his site. But like you have said you don’t need Genie Scout as you’re doing fine on your own!
I think Genie Scout will be released but I also think this could be last, so make the most of FM08!!

I don't think there is anyone who buys the game merely for getting his hands on a scout utility, even though I'm sure it's the first thing someone wishes that it will get released soon after the game is out (bought or not).
There's nothing we could or should do about Genie Scout. Everyone respects Eugene, even if there is anger/frustration/despair against him, due to the lack of trust that should have been emerged by the false alarm of release. Eugene is human like all of us, he made mistakes alright, but we won't judge him for them, because he's offering his program for free. And even if Genie Scout 2008 never gets a proper version, we still shouldn't get mad at him, because we remember and respect his work with Genie Scout 2007.
We, at fmscout.com, pay a lot each month to keep this place online and offer everything good around FM for free, from downloads to hints and tips. The reason of this topic was to help people, who encounter common problems by using the Genie Scout limited beta, find a way around it. We have clearly declared that anything we don't state in the first post, we simply don't know how to solve it.
Remember, that limited beta wasn't supposed to get released and you are using at your own risk. And please also keep in mind that by emailing us or Eugene with the errors you get will only delay the release of a proper Genie Scout version. Eugene is aware of all bugs and he is solving them, but his mailbox is full of duplicate bugs, which makes his work even harder.
To LLuD and all profane people, please be warned that I will actually ban you from posting to this site if you keep up this stupid fight. And I really don't care what teams you manage or how many trophies you won. When it comes to speaking at a public forum, everyone is equal to me and has to respect some rules (did you read about "honourable and courteous manner" in the terms of use?).
