    Hi, what to do is:
    Click on your name on the top of the screen and in the dropdown menu, go to "My File Space".
    From there its quite easy. Under "upload a file" select "browse" and choose the file you would like and there you go. Also note the list at the bottom which shows what type of files you are allowed to upload
