Heyyyyy what's up! I'm pompeyblue! Oh wait...? He needs a break? Oh okay. Haha welcome! I'm your host Josh_MU for the weekly round up of FM14 stories on this site which unfortunately didn't qualify for Story of the Month. So here we go with thw round up from 12th of August to the 18th of August 2014.

This weeks featured stories;

MrJK's MMansfield Town - Up The Stags!
Raheeminho's Liverpool FC - Walk On, With Hope in Your Heart.
Basham97's Stoke
Oz96's Liverpool - Back to the past (Y.N.W.A)
TylerK's Arsenal: Road to the Top

#1.Mansfield Town - Up The Stags

After manager Paul Cox was sacked, Mansfield Town fans looked on to what could be a bad season ahead, however Chris Greenacre has been given the chance to help guide The Stags up to League 1, with David James coming in as an assistant manager and no less than 17 players coming in, it looks to be a big season ahead for Greenacre's men.

MrJK is back after a long break, and starts up his newest story after hosting a very successful chairman game. His updates are very easy to read and have very good punctuation, making for a more pleasurable reading experience. He already has a fair few updates out and with the story getting more and more popular, he could be a front runner for next months SOTM.

#2. Liverpool FC - Walk On, With Hope in Your Heart.

After last seasons success for Liverpool, Brendan Rodgers left Liverpool after allegations that he was having an affair with the club chairman's wife. Former Liverpool player and Legend Jamie Carragher soon enough took the job which he dreamt of for many years and has already spent big money on Ezequiel Lavezzi to really bolster his talented squad. Carragher hopes to go one step further than Rodgers and secure Liverpool's first Premier League title in many years.

Raheeminho starts his third story on the site and has really put time and effort into this story. He provides excellent detail in his updates and creates graphics which are pleasing on the eye. He is progressing well in his story writing techniques and his story is already attracting a small fan base due to his writing skills. Again, like MrJK, this could be a front runner for next month's SOTM.

#3. Stoke

After Mark Hughes left Stoke just one season after being hired, unknown manager Louis Basham has been given the job which has surprised both fans and players alike. After selling some of his better players, Basham brought in young England star Will Hughes and Liverpool's Fabio Borini who have added to Basham's squad, it looks as if Stoke fans are in for a few good years with Basham in charge.

Basham97 has started very well with his most recent story, adding some key detail in each update aided with some good images. His presentation for every update is very good allowing for a better reading experience for every viewer. Although he could add more detail into his updates, his writing skills are improving all the time.

#4. Liverpool - Back to the past (Y.N.W.A)

With Brendan Rodgers leaving fans in shock after leaving unexpectedly, former player Sami Hyypiä has took the job and has already brought in some good signings with Éder Álvarez Balanta and Lucas Romero coming into a very strong Liverpool squad. The question that all the fans are asking is if Hyypiä can go one better than Rodgers did last season and win the Premier League title.

Oz96 starts his first story on the site and already has put out some very good updates. He uses a range of BBCodes which make for an easier reading experience and he puts time and effort into his updates which is a good sign for any potential writer. His updates are well written too and he adds unique features which make his story even better!

#5. Arsenal: Road to the Top

Arsenal manager Arsen Wenger has retired leaving the managerial position vacant at Arsenal. Atletico manager Diego Simeone decided to quit his job and take over the Gunner, bringing in some top talents such as Sami Khedira. The squad Simeone has now is capable to challenge for the Premier League title but the question is will Simeone choke near the end like Wenger or win the league and become an Arsenal great in his first season in charge?

TylerK is a well known member on the site and although he doesn't have many updates out right now, the ones on show are very detailed and well written. His writing skills have improved and his presentation is very easy on the eye. With more frequent updates, Tyler can possibly get into next months SOTM if he is consistent with both his writing and presentation.

And that's it for this weeks FMSW! I hope you've all enjoyed reading it! Congratulations to all those who made it into this weeks issue but to those who have not, don't worry! If you keep at your story and are consistent with both posting and writing, you may well find your way onto this article or even SOTM! Again, thanks for reading and remember this is only my opinion!
