I don't know if they changed anything with PayPal payments, it's possible since I've complained to them about it twice already. Have you received your code by now? Make sure to check your Spam folder as well.

No. The identification process happens with PayPal purchases only.
Sadly, this can't happen automatically because in order to buy from our store it doesn't force you to register on fmscout.com. I'll eventually start a campaign asking buyers to register on fmscout.com with the email they've used to make their purchase, in order to assign them their verified buyer icon on this site.

Did you receive an email with your activation code yet?
It usually takes about an hour to receive your code in the email after successful purchase. There's a manual validation process taking place, meaning the codes are not automatically sent out.

I've commented about the PayPal policy that Nexway Games have plenty of times on this page. I also believe it's stupid and annoying, but I can't do something about it except complain (which I did). Personally, I'm not involved in the distribution process at all. I bought 2 codes for personal use from my own shop and had to go through this annoyance too. The next email you'll receive is the code, don't expect any other confirmation.
Whatever rants are coming through here are totally unfair to FM Scout and they should be directed to customer service who is actually responsible. However, I don't want to remove them because people would think I'm trying to get rid of bad publicity or something. I do understand your frustration though, and I'm hoping you'll receive your code soon and start enjoying the game.
Here I have to pay €50 (£43,4) for fm and through fmscout its only €31 (£27)!
That is a difference of 61%...
I've been buying more things through english websites lately, but I haven't seen a difference in price this big..

Have you received an email with subject like "Your order n° xxxxxxxx - Online Shop Buy Football Manager"?
On that email, at the bottom of it, you shall find your activation code.

This is the digital download edition, there is no disk involved.
I HAVE RECIEVED AN EMAIL FOR MY INVOICE AND INSTRUCTIONS WHICH TELLS ME TO DOWNLOAD STEAM BUT ON STEAM IT ASKS FOR A PRODUCT CODE!! HOW IM I SUPPOSED TO HAVE A PRODUCT CODE IF I DONT HAVE A DISK?!?!

Since you've paid via PayPal, the confirmation email you received should ask you to provide some identification before approving your order. If you fail to do that within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.

Somewhere in the email you received (at the bottom?) you should find something saying 'License key / Activation Code : Football Manager 2012 Activation : ...'
Once you have it:
1. Launch Steam and log into your Steam account.
2. Click the + ADD A GAME... button in the lower-left corner of the Steam client.
3. Choose Activate a Product on Steam...
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
You enter your code during step 4.
